Our weekly scheduled activities at Gym Sportquest​

All training slots can be deleted if no reservations are being made – and of course are also limited or deleted at holidays. Our volunteers can schedule extra time slots. Members see the updated schedules in our club administration. They reserve their spots in our club admin (app). Feel free to contact us to make an appointment to meet us or become a member.

Most of our time slots are 1 hours with 8 training spots, extended with another (half) hour of training if possible.

Below you can see our program september till december. You can see our rates at the membership page.Our members also earn a point every time they train & login, they can trade the points as discount at our shop.

Or contact us to make a personal appointment to have a single session (pay per session € 15 at the desk, but only with a reservation at a specific time slot if it’s possible). We accept all kind of site/app payments and you can pay by pin (preferable no cash!) at Gym Sportquest. It’s your decision to try without reservation, but it can happen it’s full or the gym is closed!

We started a new small group class: Dutch Strength Rox

A metabolic full body workout, after a w.u. with mobility & core follow-up with a circuit of 8 stations – each with a duration of 6 minutes.

What is the core of the other small group classes?

Lifting FUNdamentals is based on olympic weightlifting

Gentle Fit is a circuit based on short intervals

Strength FUNdamentals is a based on squat-press-lift

Kids Club running, jumping and playfull lifting / resistance training

Junior Lifting after a warming-up, techniques of weightlifting, basic strengthtraining and finishes with strengtendurance work
