In this chapter you learn to make your program with WAC's
Exercise 1#3 Overhead Squat
- remember your assesment in the introduction to keep your alignment, adjusting depth and stance
- pull the bar apart, keep the shoulders down
- breath half of your maximum volume in
- start to squat down in a controlled speed
- slowly come to a stop and
- recover and breath out near the top
- sometimes you can add a complete breathing cycle – in and out – at the bottom position and hold for a few seconds
