We use strength training as our first focus and upgrade to use weightlifting movements and competitions as our primary tools to reach higher levels at our goals of development as
a Real Dutch Strength Weightlifting Athlete
Our members can participate at different levels
- Level 1 Do Your Own Weightlifting Training
- Level 2a Become a member+ as general volunteer, (assistant) trainer/coach or official
- Level 2b &/or Individually join at our club competitions & small events
- Level 3 Join our (pre-)selected club TEAM trainings & competitions
