On this page you can find weblinks to info that relates to the themes in our introduction classes. The themes are divided and can be recognised as 1) warm-up / keep-fit; 2) info & technical and 3) training and warm-down (total 60 min/class). We hope you enjoyed our intro and start training at our gym or another one. Of course we like to see you starting with a challenging strength & conditioning program and maybe even start to enjoy strength sports in competitions, but for now it’s nice if you could level UP from introduction to regular S&C trainings per week.
